Buying a first home is one of the most difficult decisions to make. All doubts and concerns do not help in decision making. As when we think of buying a new home, there is something that stops us and that something is the backbreaking hustle of house hunting which indeed is really hard at present as it may me be time consuming.

Even if we opt put the best property, still there are many other issues that will become a wall between us and our dream home, to name a few things; loan approvals, mortgage rates, taxes, extra cost of utilities and maintenance of the home. But this wall can be easily broken if we just think right and take few simple steps to keep going.

The first step in the process is what makes the biggest difference and that is finding the right agent. This can be really complicated as we get scared while making such huge investment and we need to find a perfect person who can treat us with loyalty and integrity. Being a realtor who had experienced a lot while buying own property I knew I had to help others who are looking for a investment property and this is what made me so loved and trusted realtor and took Dale Mundi at the top of the list when in terms of credibility.

Buying a pre-construction property sounds risky, if we decide to go for this option but it should not feel that way since it is a great investment of time and money. It takes a simple process to be a pre construction home owner as you may not have to bid for multiple homes and wait for more listings as we had to in the past. People had to put offers for multiple properties generally and still could not find the one that fit all requirements.

I remember the time when I was planning for my first new home and I had to bid almost 20 times but got disappointment every time, then I had to drop the idea and had to move on with a condo that was half the size of what I had in my mind. Then after few years I looked into the trend of pre construction buys and I took the decision of getting one and I’m glad I did it. I did not have to go for a single bid war to grab what I always wanted and I didn’t have to go over the money than offer.

It was then I realized that the property price rises up even before possession and I can even get the profit out of the property if I wish to sell it before It’s constructed. After that I knew it can be a great source of investment and it’s going to increase day by day and that got me in to real estate investments.
