Anyone can post a property on our portal for free. Once your property is activated, it gets displayed on search result page. Potential buyers/tenants can then see the property along with your contact details to get in touch with you.
Will I receive leads even with free listing?
Yes. Even with a free listing you can receive leads from buyers/tenants. There is no limit on number of leads one can receive even with a free listing. However, with a free listing you can view only a limited number of leads. The buyer/tenant can still contact you even if the lead details are not visible on your dashboard.
Why should I buy a paid owner package?
Properties linked with a paid package are given top slots on search page results. This increases visibility for your property and hence you will receive more leads. Also with paid packages you can view all leads received by you without any restriction.
How to upgrade my free listing to a paid listing?
Upgrading your listing is easy. Simply click on any of the upgrade buttons, select the package, choose the property you want to upgrade, and make payment online. Voila! your property is upgraded. Enjoy higher position on search pages and unlimited leads.
Can I link multiple properties with a single paid package?
No. Only a single property can be linked with a single paid package. For promoting multiple properties, one needs to buy separate package for each of them.
